Maine

we took a trip to Maine to see our good friends. the kids always pick up like it was just yesterday they had seen each other, It is really so nice to have such great friends that I can just call them up and say we are coming out for the weekend and know it is ok. Even when we bring such craziness with us. Check out here blog for a cute photo of Regan. We can't wait to see them again.

The zoo

last weekend we took the kids and David to the zoo. David had a blast. We he followed Aiden and Sheriden as they are "experts" at the zoo, It was nice to see them share things with him. I let the kids take turns with the camera. We did get some great shots. David Said he wanted to go back with us. David loves to push Regan's stroller and he is like a big brother when he is around her telling the kids to be careful around her.

EVERYONE

Everyone wants something. I sat down in the living room and before i even exhaled Jill was laying on my lap for her turn now that the kids were in bed.

V-day Crafts.

Happy V-day!!! Here are our v-day crafts. The maze one was used for the kids to give to there friends, the pail one we gave to Aidens teachers and our mommy helper (maggie). The Dig You one was cool i punched holes in the pail and sheriden helped lace the ribbon in. Really cute and she made up the trail mix.

baby exerciser

Here is the good old tinker toys hard a work. This is Aiden creation part snow remover, lawn mower and baby exerciser. Most of the time it was in one piece it was playing keep away with Regan. It was very fun to watch. He would try Plowing snow and have to kick it in high gear to get away from the incoming baby.....

Last Name

Well I got word that I needed to work on our last name with Aiden. He was just out right refusing to work on it at school just too many letters and would just walk away. I find this funny I'm not sure why but it is funny, maybe because I can see myself doing the same. Any how step in mommy, as Aiden will not do "typical" school work well with me I turn to hands on things. We made this on day, using the Cricut he typed in his last name then watched it cut. I had the squares ready for him we glued each letter on in order then oops mommy drooped them. had to put them back in order, we used paperclip to hang each letter together. He loves it, now proudly hanging in his room. Aiden writes his entire name on every thing at home now and showed his new skill to his teacher.

Raindeer

We went to a local reindeer Farm to check out these wonderful creatures. Such wounder and questions from Sheriden it was not Christmas what are they doing. She enjoy here self thankfully it was a warmer winter day in CNY. Regan loved people watching from the comfort of her sling. The farm owner let the kids feed them snacks of rolls and apples. These Raindeer only have teeth on the bottom so no fear of nibbles from them. Im not sure if that is the case for all or just these.

our vistor

Over the weekend Aiden brought home Clifford. He came with a backpack fun of things. His own blanket, food dish, brush, books and journal of his travels. that was really need to see what family he has been with for the past 3 years. So the ideas was to show Clifford what you do as a family. It was a great project for sure. It really got Aiden thinking about the things we do together and who and what is family. He are a few pics we included in his report.
